the house has the traditional thick walls and shutters that naturally keep it cool in summer.
Air-conditioning is however available on request and will cost an additional GB£150 per week. |

during early spring and late autumn central heating may be necessary. If this is the case, the cost will be GB£200 per week in addition. |
| maid service |
one hour each morning to tidy kitchen and living areas is included but this can be extended by prior arrangement at a rate of GB£10 per hour. |
Rental Period
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday with arrival from 16.00 to 18.00 and departure by 10.00 – other times by prior arrangement.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% secures your booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the rental. On payment in full of all sums due, full directions to the property will be sent.
A security deposit of GB£500 will be added to the rental and will be refunded by BACS on confirmation of satisfactory hand over. Minor breakages will not be charged.
Children
The property is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years old.
